How do I customise my name keychain?
Simply choose your name, font style, package, base colour and letter colour on the product page, then add your customised keychain to cart. ♡
只需在商品页面选择名字、字体、数量组合、底色和字母颜色，就可以直接加入购物车下单。
How many letters can I enter?
Maximum 15 letters. All names will be printed in CAPITAL LETTERS.
最多 15 个英文字母。所有名字都会以大写英文字母（CAPITAL LETTERS）制作。
Can I choose different colours for a bundle?
Yes . For 3 pcs, you can choose up to 2 colour combinations. For 5 pcs, you can choose up to 3 colour combinations. All keychains in the same bundle will use the same name and font style.
可以。3个组合最多可选择2种配色，5个组合最多可选择3种配色。同一组合内的钥匙圈会使用相同的名字和字体。
Can I choose the keyring colour?
Keyring colour will be arranged by Tiny Layers to complement your order.
钥匙圈配件的颜色将由 Tiny Layers 根据你的配色进行搭配。
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please double-check your name, font and colours before placing your order. As each item is customised, changes cannot be made once production has started.
下单前请仔细确认名字拼写、字体及颜色。由于商品为专属定制，开始制作后将无法更改。
How long does it take to make my order?
Orders are usually ready within 2–4 working days before shipping. During busy periods, production may take slightly longer.
订单通常会在 2–4 个工作日内完成制作后安排寄出。订单较多期间，制作时间可能会稍微延长。
Will my item have visible 3D printing lines or imperfections?
As each item is 3D printed layer by layer, slight layer lines, surface variations or small stringing may occasionally be visible. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and make each piece uniquely yours. ♡
由于每件商品都是一层一层进行 3D 打印，成品表面可能会出现轻微层纹、不完全平整或少量拉丝（stringing）。这些属于 3D 打印工艺的正常特性，并不影响正常使用，也让每一件成品都有属于自己的独特细节。♡
Can I return or exchange a customised item?
As each item is made specially for you, customised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
由于每件商品都是专属定制，非商品问题恕不接受退换。如果收到的商品有损坏或订单出现问题，请联系我们，我们会协助处理。
