Production Time ♡
Each item is made to order and usually takes 2–4 working days to produce before shipping. During busy periods or large order volumes, production may take slightly longer.
每件商品都是接单后制作，通常需要 2–4 个工作日完成制作后再安排寄出。订单较多或繁忙期间，制作时间可能会稍微延长。
Production time does not include delivery time.
制作时间不包含物流配送时间。
Customised Items & Returns ♡
As each item is made specially for you, please double-check your name, font and colour selections before placing your order.
Once production has started, customised orders cannot be changed or cancelled. Customised items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
由于每件商品都是专属定制，下单前请仔细确认名字拼写、字体及颜色选择。
一旦开始制作，定制订单将无法修改或取消。非商品问题或个人原因，定制商品恕不接受退换。
Damaged or Incorrect Items ♡
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the details in your order, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll be happy to assist you.
如果收到的商品有损坏、明显品质问题，或与订单中的定制资料不符，请提供订单编号及商品照片联系我们，我们会协助处理。
3D Printing Notice ♡
Each Tiny Layers piece is individually 3D printed, layer by layer. Slight layer lines, surface variations, unevenness or small amounts of stringing may occasionally be visible. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
每件 Tiny Layers 商品都是一层一层独立进行 3D 打印。成品表面可能会出现轻微层纹、细微不平整、表面差异或少量拉丝（stringing）。这些属于 3D 打印工艺的正常特性，并不视为商品瑕疵。
